I’ve left my blogging for a few weeks–have lots to catch up on. I ran on to this link earlier today…

What do you see? According to this, I’m “right”…
I wonder to what degree this is accurate…to what degree the way we see this picture is connected to the list in the article. Thoughts?

i’m right as well…
i even tried to see it the other way and i just couldn’t do it.
weird!
i think the list and the way we see it are because of the way we are hard wired in the brain. i’m pretty much convinced we don’t have a choice about such things.
BTW, how did nancy see it?
glad you’re back, i’ve missed you.

We all saw it first going right. Everyone but Nancy could also force ourselves to see it left as well.
I’m not sure what it means about right and left brain.
For me it illustrates the power of multiple perspectives. When I see it moving to the right, it is inconceivable that there is also a “left” picture too.
I’m thinking of real world conversations where one of us see a situation crystal clear to us. Another person looks at the same situation but sees it totally different.
The tendancy is to question the integrity, honesty and sanity of the other person.
This reminds me, that we are “hardwired”–formed differently!
